Our Purpose in Barry County
Missouri law allows access to many arrest and booking records, but those records do not all live in one system. The Barry County Sheriff’s Office creates county booking records and operates the Barry County Detention Center roster. Missouri courts document later case activity, while the Missouri Department of Corrections maintains records for people sentenced to state custody. Records that are not posted online may require a focused request to the office that keeps them. Barry County Recent Arrests organizes those official routes and explains what each source can show. It does not copy or display a gallery of booking photographs.
